1. A salt is an ionic compound formed when the hydrogen ion, from an acid is replaced by a metal ion or an ammonium ion.
2. Example of salts :
Carbonic acid, sodium acid, calcium carbonate, silver
bromide, calcium sulphate, sodium nitrite and etc.....
